Where Bloggers Create - Welcome!

Today is the big day! Karen from My Desert Cottage is hosting this fabulous event. I love seeing where other people create and the Somerset publication is a new fav of mine. Karen had a brilliant idea to have a blog event where we can share where we create. Be sure to click on her link to view other bloggers sharing their spaces today.

After hours of trying to upload my pictures to Blogger, I finally found another way to do it because Blogger just wasn't going to help. I uploaded them to my flickr page and then found out I could make a slide show. It's fantastic. You can even click to enlarge the screen by clicking on the lower right symbol made of arrows. Be sure to click on "show info" to read my descriptions as well.

I hope you enjoy the many pictures of the place where I spend a great deal of my day. It's my own little sanctuary and I feel so blessed to have this spot to call my own. My daughters and I both create in this space and I love to be surrounded by my art and finds to inspire me throughout my day. If I don't see it, I won't remember I have it so it is nice to have the high ceilings and the space to move things up along the walls. My studio is now located in our master bedroom, and we moved our master bedroom downstairs to the room that used to be my studio. I really love having it upstairs now next to my daughter's rooms. So now... my studio. Enjoy!

I hope that you enjoyed my studio. Thanks for visiting and please stop by again soon! Feel free to sign my guest book at the bottom of the page and I would love it if you would click to follow my blog on the right of the page. Enjoy the rest of your visits, and a huge thank you to Karen for hosting this awesome event!

I remember seeing all of your french collections when we did for the love of all things french, but I loved seeing how everything was displayed in your studio for you and your girls to enjoy. I love the
Christmas lights---adds so much romance to your parisian finds. Love seeing all of your collections, too. Enjoy the party!!!!!

Great idea to give us that slide show, so we can get a little of an idea of what is going on in your studio! You have a lot of treasures and I am certainly coming back to see everything again. It is too much to capture it in one time. Thanks for sharing. Have a lovely day filled with inspiration!

Hi! Martha, again. I just had to come and take a second look, of all the blogs I have visited during this party, so far, you are the one person most like me. It's as if we were soul sisters! You like killers, me too! I don't tell a lot of people about that. I love the show Criminal Minds, my kind of program. Oh yes, and Edward, be still my heart. I really mean that I am 57 years old. How about Johnny in his new film? I feel so bless to find you. I will check your blog every day, maybe twice a day. Like shopping, I always need more! Martha
