It’s The Ultimate Blog Party 2008!

It's time for The Ultimate Blog Party, hosted by Janice and Susan at 5 Minutes For Mom. Here is a little bit about their site:

"We started 5 Minutes for Mom because we believe in community and moms supporting one another. (If you have to buy, why not buy from another mom!) We wanted to design a site that would help, encourage and entertain moms, while bringing exposure to mom-run blogs, sites and stores."

This is my first year participating in this huge event and I welcome you to my blog. I have only been blogging for a few months, along with my etsy shop, and I have to say it has changed my life. I have made some great friends while doing this and I look forward to making even more.

I am a former teacher, now SAHM to my 6 and 3 year old daughters. It was hard for me to give up my career at first, but now I love my new job. Hardest and best job I have ever had.

I have always loved to create, so having my shop led me to blogging. It has given me so much satisfaction. It is my "me" thing and I love it.

I usually blog about the everyday things that occur to me, ideas, funny stories, show things I make, oh, and I have become ADDICTED to swaps. It is so much fun for me to meet new people and create something original for one another.

I will cut this short, I have the flu at the moment and I am really over it. Please come back soon, visit with me, wander about my blog, leave me a comment every now and then, and tell me all about yourself.
