Retro Recipe Book Swap With Alpha Stamps

Below are the aprons that I made for the "Retro Recipe Book Swap" over at the Alpha Stamps Yahoo Group. It was nice to do something different and work with these cute chipboard dressforms and fancy them up. Everything that I used, with the exeption of some vintage trim and lace here and there, is from Alpha Stamps. Oh, and the recipes are from an old cookbook that belonged to my amazing Granma Betty.  Gosh I miss her.

And they have some Dress Form Canvas Pieces there as well.

Modern Homemaker Scrapbook Paper sold both as single sheets and by the pad.

My favorite "Je t'Adore Ribbon Roses" in pink (above) and cream (below).  I just had to order more of those.

Cooking and Baking Brads

Another favorite are the Organza Ribbon Roses in pink above and red (further above). And these little Pewter Measuring Spoons are too cute!

And I love this Cooking Utensils Twill Tape as well!

So I made two sets of three, and I can't wait to see what I get in return. Imagine all of the themes you could use those dress form chip board pages for. Be sure to check them out because I'm sure I've missed something and you will love what you find. Thanks to Alpha Stamps and to Meghan for putting this all together!  Have a great week!
