Happy Anniversary!

Here we are back when we were in our twenties.

Happy Anniversary to my amazing husband of eight years. But we have known each other since we were 18. We dated for five years in college, broke up and had separate lives for many years. I had a lot of growing up to do. I remember crying to my mom, "I'll never find anyone like Chuck again". Eventually, I found myself and was completely happy. And then God brought my best friend back to me. I think deep down I always knew that would happen.

So now, I sit in the hospital waiting room. Chuck is having his 27th operation on his leg today. Yippee, Happy Anniversary! Actually, I am fine with it happening today. I am hoping it will bring him lots of luck and be the beginning of a new life for him, us, and our family. Please say a little prayer for him. Thanks!

Love you Goonball! Here's to many, many more years! xoxo
