Update on Mom & A Card A Day For Lynn

Mom is hanging in there, and the cards, letters, and gifts she has received have just touched her life so much. And mine as well. It just amazes me how many wonderful people there are out there. She has really had her spirits lifted and has found more peace with her cancer. She will begin radiation treatment next week, and will also find out if she will need chemo or not.

My mom wants me to share with you all how touched and thankful she is for your prayers and cards. She is deeply touched and we both could never thank you enough. May God bless you all for your prayers and generosity! We are so blessed!

From my dear friend Kathy who also sent my mom an amazing tin that she keeps by her chair and calls her Guardian Angel. I will post pictures of that beautiful creation soon. I have to go and take pictures at her house because my mom won't let it leave her side.

A wonderful card and Irish blessing from Carolyn. Thank you so much for your wonderful words!

I love this card from the amazing Sherry. What a beautiful spirit sent from God. Her words to my mom gave her a whole new outlook on her cancer. God bless you Sherry! Her words also helped my father, I just learned. He loved her encouragement, hope and outlook. I too think more like a "warrior" now. Thank you so much Sherry!

Beautiful card from Jan who always lifts my spirits! Thank you so much Jan for being such an amazing friend and for always going out of your way to cheer us up!

Alison always amazes me, and I just love this tag. So does mom. Thank you so much Alison for your well wishes!

Lynn from The Rose Cottage always makes the most beautiful items. Mom loves this card Lynn and we both thank you so much! Mom just loves these vintage children. Just beautiful!

And this lovely card is from Joyce. What wonderful detail and there is a beautiful light house inside. Mom loves light houses. Thank you so much Joyce!

I posted these on my flickr group as well at http://www.flickr.com/groups/796376@N24/.

Please continue to spread the word about "A Card A Day For Lynn". It is amazing what this has done for her. Thank you so very much to you all, and especially for your continued prayers!

God Bless!

(((Rhonda))) -- your mother is truly blessed. One of the gifts of cancer is the extending of hands and love and the opportunity to feel that in a way we never have before. This is just a small example of how much love can be spread. May it continue to warm her heart and lift her spirits. And that goes for the entire family as well.

Oh Sherry...
I just love to read your words...I have told you before, but your "spirit" just shines through your words...

Rhonda~
You just made my day! I am so happy your Mom liked her tin, and thinks of it as her angel...those were my intentions and it makes me so happy that it touches her. And your sweet Dad, I love to hear that he also is getting some positive thoughts about this ordeal. Continued prayers for you all, your never far from my thoughts...

(((Kathy)))) you know how much I love you, don't you?? It is those who have spirit themselves in such abundance that recognize another spirit when they see one. You are truly blessed yourself and I see it in everything you do and everything you say.

Rhonda, you are truly blessed to know so many wonderful, wonderful people and your mother has benefitted from the contacts that you have made. And you see how the circle moves....
